Brian Lamkin is a seasoned litigator and employment lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. After graduating from law school, Brian practiced in the litigation department of a large firm in Baltimore for several years before moving back to his home state of Massachusetts. Since then, Brian has practiced at firms ranging from a small boutique to an international firm with over 1,900 lawyers.
Throughout his career, Brian has represented employers for their counseling and litigation needs across a wide spectrum of legal issues, including discrimination and retaliation, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and preparing employment agreements, policies, procedures, and handbooks. Brian has extensive experience representing businesses in state and federal trial and appellate courts around the country and before administrative agencies, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration, and has conducted and supervised workplace investigations.
