Thomas Day, Esq., retired from Loomis, Sayles & Company in January 2023. As Assistant General Counsel, he counseled senior management, portfolio managers, traders, and financial analysts on a wide range of legal matters affecting investment management firms, negotiated swaps, and derivatives contracts. He also ensured compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act and EMIR, ASIC, and MiFID II/MiFIR regulations. Day also has rich experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, and bank finance practice.
