Jeremy Bloomenthal focuses his law practice on international arbitration matters. He serves regularly as an arbitrator for commercial and consumer disputes, both in the US and overseas. He advises on international commercial and investment disputes and has frequently been appointed as a tribunal secretary in international commercial and treaty-based investment arbitrations. He has served in a wide range of disputes, including in the energy, life sciences, financial, technology, aviation, and hospitality industries.
Before returning to the Boston area in 2017, Jeremy worked at law firms in New York, Tokyo, and Geneva, representing clients in international arbitration, litigation, and corporate and M&A transactions. Jeremy is admitted as an attorney in Massachusetts and New York and as a solicitor in England and Wales. He has received arbitration training from the Swiss Arbitration Academy and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
