Lauren Kopec advises and represents employees and unions in a broad range of matters including through the grievance and arbitration process; in claims of discrimination, retaliation, and violations of state and federal labor laws; and throughout collective bargaining. After graduating from Northeastern University School of Law, Lauren clerked for Justice Elspeth Cypher of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, whom she had interned for as a law student. After her clerkship, Lauren joined her current firm, Sandulli Grace, which specializes in union-side public sector labor law. Lauren took a brief hiatus from plaintiff-side labor law when she worked as a management-side litigation associate at two large international law firms in Boston, where she assisted with a variety of matters ranging from representation petitions to unfair labor practices to class action lawsuits.
