Professional Background
Erin O'Sullivan is an expert in education law. Prior to joining the New England Law faculty, she was Senior Counsel at The EdLaw Project, responsible for representing students across Massachusetts in special education, school discipline, school stability, and related juvenile court matters. Earlier in her career, Professor O'Sullivan was a staff attorney at the Disability Law Center in Boston and at the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Worcester.
