William M. Driscoll is a solo practitioner at the Law Office of William M. Driscoll in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, practicing appellate litigation in the state and federal court systems. He serves as a volunteer judge for the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition and he coaches New England Law | Boston’s National Appellate Tax Moot Court Competition team.
While at New England Law, Driscoll interned for Commissioner Frank J. Scharaffa of the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board and the Honorable Dorothy M. Gibson of the Middlesex Probate and Family Court. He also was editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement and participated in the National Appellate Tax Moot Court Competition. He received several awards, including the law school’s President Anna E. Hirsch Award, New England Scholar Award, and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award.
