Matthew E. Scafidi partnered with fellow New England Law graduate James A. Juliano ’05 to form the firm of Scafidi Juliano, LLP. His practice is focused on residential real estate law, and the firm also practices commercial real estate, condominium law, land use/zoning, business transactions, wills/estate planning, and civil litigation. Previously, he ran his own law practice and was of counsel to Perry, Krumsiek & Jack. He also was an associate with Downing & Flynn and Shaevel & Krems.
Scafidi’s civic contributions include serving as chair of the Housing Subcommittee for former Boston Mayor Menino’s Young Bostonian Advisory Council and as a board member of the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay.
At New England Law | Boston, Scafidi founded the Real Property, Probate, and Trust organization.
